SHORT BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

At present he is holding the post of Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Silchar. He has published more than 86 number of Research Paper in total out of which more than 44 are in reputed Journals, 04 in edited books and the rest in Conferences. He has more than 1000 Citation in International Journals. Current and previous research interests area includes Environmental Engineering; Water and Wastewater Engineering; Air and Noise Pollution; Adsorption technology. Dr. Kumar is also the Fellow Member of International Congress of Environmental Research (F.I.C.E.R.), Senior Member of IACSIT, Senior Member of Asia-Pacific Chemical, Biological& Environmental Engineering Society (APCBEES) and Life Member of Institution of Engineers (India). Dr. Kumar is also associated with some Important International Journals as Referee and Reviewer.
